You will wear a set for about 20 to 22 hours each day over the course of two weeks. You then move on to the next set in the series, and continue this process until you have an even smile. For some, this could take as little as one year to finish. Being removable means you can take them out before you eat, no need to change your diet or avoid certain foods. Removable also means you can take them out before you brush and floss, which makes caring for your smile easier. The process also requires fewer office visits! The aligners are easy to wear and clean, and can travel with you too.
